Study: Working from Home Could Lead to Increased Job Satisfaction

It turns out you might be bonding more with your co-workers from a distance than you actually do in the office.

Scientists from China found a link between social media activity between co-workers and how satisfied they were with their jobs.

They found that using social media strengthened the bonds between co-workers as it helped to break down workplace formalities and blur the boundaries of work and social life.

Employees who are currently working from home and spend a lot of time socializing with their co-workers online might benefit from stronger friendships when they return to the office which in turn could increase work satisfaction.
