INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – A winning Powerball ticket bought in Indiana will expire Thursday.
The Hoosier Lottery is asking players to check to see if they have the $50,000 ticket.
It matched four out of five numbers after being purchased at a Merrillville Speedway on February 12th.
The winning ticket needs to be claimed by 4:30 p.m. Thursday at the Hoosier Lottery Prize Payment office in Indianapolis.

A winning Powerball® ticket purchased in February is set to expire on Thursday, August 11, 2022. Players should check to see if they have the winning ticket.
The $50,000 Powerball ticket that matched four out of five numbers and the Powerball was purchased at Speedway #7553 located at 98 W. 73rd Street in Merrillville for the February 12, 2022 drawing.
The winning ticket must be claimed no later than 4:30 p.m. ET on August 11, 2022 at the Hoosier Lottery Prize Payment office located at 1302 N. Meridian Street in Indianapolis. All Hoosier Lottery Draw game prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the drawing.
The winning Powerball numbers for Saturday, February 12 are: 8-10-21-41-62 with the Powerball of 7.
The ticket holder should ensure their ticket is in a secure place, consider meeting with a financial advisor and contact Hoosier Lottery customer service at 1-800-955-6886 for specific claim instructions.
